Since I've switched over to Dr. Wilburn's office, every visit has been extremely pleasant and well organized. The staff is always polite and tries to make sure I'm not waiting too long for my paperwork. I wish I would have transferred to her office much sooner. They even have a Palm Beach County teacher's calendar taped to the counter to help teachers make their appointments, which is rare for a doctor's office to do that.

I was very reassured by the precautions staff took to maintain high standards of protection against COVID-19 virus exposure. Only 1 other person was in the waiting area. All staff members wore masks at all times. a clean ballpoint pen was provided to fill out forms and there was a container "Dirty Pens" in which to place the pen after use. Signs and markings on the floor indicated where patients are to stand when talking with staff behind the glass window. A hand sanitizer dispenser was provided, too.
