My experience with the Paley Institute staff and Dr. Raskin was truly exceptional. His bedside manner immediately made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to make me feel at ease, and his sense of humor made the appointment so much more relaxed. It's not every day you find a doctor who combines such expertise with compassion, kindness, and a great personality. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Raskin!

This is my second visit to Dr. Raskin for a separate issue and just as the first he was exceptional in hearing my concerns and identifying the cause of my pain. Treatment was provided on the same visit with a steroid injection and Dr. Raskin explained every step throughout the injection and kept me comfortable with very little pain. I am already feeling better and have zero pain from my prior visit on my other hand. Amazing experience both times.

This appointment was a 2nd opinion and I am so glad we made it. Dr. Raskin was amazing at explaining WHY my daughter was having pain and what the treatment plan could look like. Our 1st visit (another practice) left us with more questions than answers. Thank you for the attention to detail and time explaining things.

Even when dispensing the shot that was given to me his friendly demeanor as well as his funny way of distracting you made the overall visit a great experience. We previously went to a different hand surgeon before we could be seen by Dr. Raskin. He and his PA did an extremely thorough job at explaining options, treatment, and how to care for the wound. We are thrilled at the level of care and left feeling much more comfortable with options and potential healing possibilities-including potential surgery that may or may both be needed later.

This office bent over backwards to get us in for an appointment when my husband had an accident with a lawnmower. When Dr. Raskin was in New York, they also followed up to give me the name of Dr. Lovey and all the information we would need, so that we wouldn't wait to see someone. We were referred to Dr. Raskin by another patient. I very much appreciate how much time and effort was put in to get seen quickly.

Best doctor ever. He really care about my daughter injury and will highly recommend it to all my friends. I recommend advertising at soccer clubs, I didn't know where to go to get my daughter treated after an injury in a soccer try out. Fist appointment I have was with another doctor from other place in PGA, it took me 9 days to get the appointment, a nurse saw her and told me she might need surgery, and she book me an appointment with a surgeon. I wanted to see a second opinion. That's why I called Paliey institute and got the appointment right away. So happy with the assistant that made the impossible possible for me to get a caring doctor to see my daughter and start a treatment fast. I am so happy with the institute and all the doctors and staff.
