There were no bad experiences. I brought my MRI report and disk and they took right over and uploaded it. And then moved me right into an X-ray room, and then right back to the exam room. And then Dr. Casey immediately followed up. Everything was very well-organized and streamlined. I could not be happier.

I am so happy. I picked this office for a second opinion Dr. Casey was amazing. She's very well educated on shoulders. And she gave me a strength test, and even though I have a torn labrum, and a torn rotator cuff, I have no pain Whatsoever, and she suggested that I NOT go for surgery at this time and follow-up with an MRI in 6 months. And she gave me a free resistance band and a list of instructions for doing workouts at home with this resistant band! I'm really happy with this office, and Dr. Casey, to the point where I can't wait to go see her again. She said, go ahead. You can resume lifting weights and playing golf.

For my first few visits I saw a PA and another person with a similar title. They were the best. They explained what was going on. There was never pressure to schedule surgery. I would always recommend Dr. Beleckas. She told me everything I can expect with the surgery and what to expect during the recovery and it was exactly as she said it would be. She did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the office staff. The doctor was confident, caring and patient. We like that she listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. We were very impressed with Crystals ability to get everything organized and scheduled in the short amount of time we had. She also had excellent follow up.
