This is the 2nd drs office that I have visited for this same issue that I have been having for several months now. Dr Gallagher and the PA (Lexi if I am recalling correctly) were amazing. They spent so much time with me, explaining everything until I understood. I would rate this office a "100" if it was an option, and my previous doctor would get a zero. You both were so kind, compassionate and informative, and it is much appreciated!!

Dr Gallagher explained everything in detail, showing me my xray pictures and describing exactly what my problem areas were and why. He examined me, gave me options for treatment but ordered an MRI of neck, back and shoulders and a separate xray of my shoulder and a follow up visit to assess the plan of action. Very thorough, very friendly and I felt that he understood all of my issues and I was in good hands.

Shelby, the nurse assistant, whose name I know because I promised myself I would remember since she was absolutely outstanding. She was above and beyond kind and during the procedure she would take the time to rub my arm to comfort me and ask if I was doing OK It was true, caring and concern and felt genuine. That doesn't really exist anymore in our world so do whatever you have to do to keep her and acknowledge her compassion.

Front desk staff were accommodating, and respectful.As we all know, behind every good doctor is a really fantastic support staff, including practitioners and PAs. This practice provided that. So often patients suffering pain are treated like junkies, drug seekers. I did not get that feeling from this practice, thankfully.I've only had one visit, so time will tell. That said, it was a good experience. I got the feeling that the PA and the physician took my pain seriously, and came up with a plan for me.I'm very impressed, and hope that continues to be the case.
