I came in from out of state and my plane was delayed, causing me to miss both the CAT scan appointment and the appointment with the doctor. The doctor as well as his staff and the radiology department all worked me in and got me through in a very timely manner despite me no longer having an appointment. They also helped ease my fears and relieve my stress by letting me know they will still get me in and everything would work out. The person doing the CAT scan even allowed me to talk with the airport to reschedule my flight while I was having a CAT scan. Their patience and kindness and reassurance helped make a very difficult situation much better.

As always, the door lamb was friendly, open arms like your best friend that you haven't seen for a long time. I had a bunion ectomy and a plantar plate repair which healed wonderfully. However, I have a flat foot as well that started to give me trouble and pain in my arches, and my second and third toes were starting to give me problems. We discussed future surgery, which I was not ready to do at the moment. However, Dr. Lamn recommended an insert for my shoes and sent me on my way. I went to the store that he recommended, which was a shoe store down the street 15 minutes from the office. There a wonderful woman which was the manager gave me the inserts tried and all different kinds of shoes to see if it fit properly . The first time I put it in my shoes, I walked a mile, the second time I put it in my shoes. I walked almost 2 miles. After using these inserts for a few days, my knee pain that had also been giving me issues of walking a great distance because I need to have it replaced Was reduced. I love Dr. Lamn and greatly appreciate his knowledge professionalism and just being a great human being.

Dr. Lamm is a treasure of a doctor! He explained everything that he would be doing. He took so much time w/me during the initial consultation. I had a lot of concerns, he talked me throught them all which put me at ease. (I've been avoiding this surgery for years, because i was afraid.) Dr. Lamm explained things patiently and thoroughly. He even gets my goofy sense of humor, putting me at ease.

I avoid going to the doctors office like the plague usually, due to long wait times, just to finally be seen an hour after the scheduled appointment & rushed w/concerns because the physician is running behind. BOY, was I impressed with the seamless experience at Paley. From check-in, to being checked over. it was efficient, prompt and the time I received w/Dr. Lamm to go over any, and all concerns I had about my upcoming procedure, and the follow-up visit was awesome. All my concerns were acknowledged and addressed w/out being rushed.

I personally have never had a Dr. explain thoroughly as DR. Lamm did. The highlight of my experience after answering all my questions was the fact that he asked if there was anything that he had left unanswered. He did not seem to be in any sort of rush and for once I felt like I wasn't just being rushed through the process to get the next patient in the room. It did not feel like a Dr. visit but more like an education.

The one on one attention that he gives to each patient I find very amazing because these days doctors treat you like cattle and just write you a RX to get rid of you and on to the next patient but not Dr. Lamm he gives you that one on one quality time and exceptional care. Excellent again - I knew from Craig of your reputation, and I trusted that but to actually experience the thoughtfulness, competency, and way both doctors listened was really special- I was especially thankful for the time you took to listen to the "back story" because I think it is critical to my healing. It's why I came to Craig and you for help after trying to be heard from the worker's comp. docs- I just can't wait around through the system without having possibly life changing medical problems even from a seemingly lesser injury.

The first time I spoke to her on the phone was as if we knew each other--everyone I had spoken to was like that. The most friendliest/personable staff I have ever encountered at a doctors office.
