Dr. Sebastian Lopez is a general surgeon with Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group, proudly serving patients in Port St. Lucie at Florida Coast Medical Center. He provides comprehensive surgical care with expertise in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques. Dr. Lopez treats a wide range of conditions, including hernias, breast tumors, colon cancer, abdominal disorders, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, and skin lesions or tumors. He also performs advanced procedures such as robotic gallbladder, appendix, and colon surgery, anti-reflux surgery, breast and thyroid surgery, skin lesion removal, lymph node biopsy, and dialysis/chemo port placement. Raised in Florida, Dr. Lopez is bilingual in English and Spanish and is excited to return home to care for the community he grew up in. He completed his medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a general surgery residency at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida.

We could actually complete this survey right here. I couldn't possibly have had a better experience from the first phone call. Dr Lopez assistant Wilma was wonderful wiAnd I couldn't be happier with Dr Lopez.and I couldn't be happier with Doctor Lopez. Dr Lopez took extra time explaining all of the different aspects of the problems I'm having, and we have worked out a plan of action to move forward with a possible surgery. I'm 76 years old and the only operation I've ever had were knee scopes and Dr. Lopez did a wonderful job explaining the entire process to where I am very comfortable heving Dr. Lopez perform this surgery.

We were greeted by the nicest front desk person ever. She was very professional and personable. Dr Lopez was great. He found the problem Chris is having and discussed treatment options because Chris told the Dr. He has Mytonic Dystrophy and has several relatives that have died due to reactions to anesthesia. Dr. Lopez has set up a consultation with the anesthesiologist to do a work around for the procedure and has the scheduler working to get this set up. Sue the office scheduler is very professional and has been in contact with us to set up the procedure.
