She makes you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for, and it's clear that she truly has her patients' best interests at heart.I also want to give a special thanks to Jay, her medical assistant. Jay is incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful. He has a great attitude and makes every visit feel more comfortable and welcoming. He is attentive, patient, and always willing to help, which makes the visit overall a great experience as well.Dr. Carta Sanchez and Jay make a wonderful team. I'd like to mention that she has treated both me and my husband on & off for over a decade during which time we were snowbirds converted to full time Florida residents. We followed her through 2 relocations within your system. During that time, she has talked to us, listened to us, examined our ails and treated us with the utmost concern and consideration. And Followed Up. My husband developed several serious illnesses over his last few years, requiring care by a number of specialists and facilities and eventually passed away in May 2020. During that time we met a number of professionals who either knew or were aware of Vivian Carte Sanchez. All had good things to say about her. Trusted and respected by her patients, peers and superiors...that says it all.
