Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center Names Samantha Ing Chief Strategy Officer
Jan 29, 2025PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – January 29th, 2025—Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center (PBGMC) names Samantha Ing, MSHA, to the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). She will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans.
Ing returns to Palm Beach Health Network (PBHN) where she previously held the position of Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator. In addition to new her role at PBGMC, she will lead the growth strategy of our cardiac and vascular service lines throughout PBHN and provide strategic support for Florida Coast Medical Center, a new hospital in Port St. Lucie that will open in September 2025.

During her time with PBHN, Ing oversaw the development and execution of a long-term strategic plan for our cardiac, pulmonary, vascular and thoracic service lines. She also managed a $4.9 million capital investment to expand our cardiac services, including the construction of a new cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab.
Most recently, Ing held the title of Vice President of Cardiovascular Services for Trident Medical Center in South Carolina. She was instrumental in helping them grow their cardiac service line. She supported quality improvement initiatives including deducing door-to-balloon times and bleeding complications. She also facilitated the addition of Pulsed Field Ablation technology to electrophysiology program, which was one of the first in the Carolina’s to offer this new therapy commercially.
Ing holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University.
