WEST PALM BEACH, FL –February 5^th, 2026—Good Samaritan Medical Center names Tracey Crandall, MBA, SHRM-SCP, to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).  Crandall joins Palm Beach Health Network and Good Samaritan Medical Center from a hospital in Rhode Island where she served as Vice President of Human Resources

Crandall brings a proven track record of success in leading human resources strategy across complex healthcare organizations, supporting stability, growth, and operational excellence. She is recognized for building and scaling high-performing HR teams in decentralized and matrixed environments, ensuring workforce strategy is closely aligned with organizational goals and patient-centered care. Her experience spans mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformations, where she has consistently delivered sustainable results through strategic workforce planning and talent optimization.
