From WPBF 25 News: 'Not a day we don't have a patient': E-bike, e-scooter injuries climb in Palm Beach County

On July, an 8-year-old child was the youngest of six patients admitted in one day to St. Mary's Medical Center due to e-bike-related injuries, highlighting a growing concern.

"There's not a day we don’t have a patient on our service with an e-bike injury," said Dr. Faris Azar, trauma medical director at the hospital. "It's becoming more and more of a public health epidemic."
