A Palm Beach County couple tied the knot in a hospital room after a rare autoimmune condition derailed their wedding plans.
Meghan and Gerald Garcia had planned to get married Monday at the courthouse when, just a few weeks ago, Meghan was suddenly admitted to #GoodSamaritanMedicalCenter in West Palm Beach.
