Dr Levy was a third opinion regarding the options I had to repair/replace my shoulder. I was told by every specialist that my ONLY option was reverse shoulder replacement. Dr Levy offered me a much less invasive procedure, I retained 100% of my "original parts", I have regained 100% of my range of motion. I currently have a pain level of zero! I was seen by two doctors. Dr Levy and Dr Casey. Both of them reviewed all images with me and my wife. They went over in detail the surgical notes from my past three surgeries, and explained in detail risks and benefits of the decisions to move forward for my plan of care. Total time spent was over an hour between the two doctors. They were both extremely friendly, and explained my case in detail.

Even though I arrived prior to my appointment day, to drop off my images and notes, they offered to see me that day, seeing as I was already there. The care/provider was wonderful and she helped me to understand what was probably happening to the area of my shoulder in question. As I mentioned before...I also had lots of faith in Dr. Levy...and I believe he should have stuck his head into the room and ask if I had further questions or wanted to know what the problem was in general. Just courtesy after he informed me that HE could help me. The nurse/assistant was lovely and we had some good laughs.
