Donna Kleban, MD

Donna H. Kleban, MD, FACS, a highly experienced breast surgeon with expertise in breast cancer treatment.  Dr. Kleban is a part of Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group (PBHNPG) and Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Kleban specializes in the treatment of breast cancer including cryoblation of breast tumors, in-office ultrasound and breast biopsies, stereotactic breast biopsies, genetic testing, high-risk surveillance, intraoperative radiation therapy, oncoplastic surgery and benign breast disease. In addition, Dr. Kleban is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Kleban’s offices are located in Royal Palm Beach as well as at the Norma E. & Miles M. Zisson Comprehensive Breast Center of the Palm Beaches at Good Samaritan Medical Center where she is on-staff with hospital privileges. For her education and training, Dr. Kleban completed her general surgery residency, and held the distinction of Chief Resident in Surgery as well as instructor at Beth Israel Medical Center, located in New York, NY. Dr. Kleban graduated with a Medical Degree with Honors from the University of Brussels Medical School, Brussels, Belgium. Dr. Kleban also graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Kleban has served as principal investigator in research clinical trials for breast cancer, a scanning system to detect malignancy in mammography in patients 50-years and younger, and evaluation of cryo-assisted localization (CAL) vs. needle wire localization (NWL) for breast lumpectomy. In addition, Dr. Kleban’s professional affiliations and associations include Fellow, American College of Surgeons, American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Task Force, American Board of Surgery (Certified), American Society of Breast Disease and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
