I was thanked for doing the pre-registration and my card was on file somewhere co-pay was paid without having to get my card out or use my phone. It was very easy in and out very thoughtful, inconsiderate people behind the glass.

I believe that they did a very good job and we're very clean and sanitary and doing the shots in my back with the iodine rub and everything that they did to prepare My back in the proper way

I was very impressed that the doctor explained that the shots that I was having in my back could raise my blood pressure because I have high blood pressure. And that is something that not all doctors would have mentioned I think so. I am glad that he mentioned this and I was able to observe my blood pressure when I got home and treat it as efficiently as I could.

What's good the doctor explained everything. He's a very nice gentleman. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to see the MRI for him to go over it with me. He was very good very professional very thorough.

Dr Truong was exact and thorough in administering the guided image epidural, clearing telling me what I should expect step by step. It is now day 3 after my epidural and my condition has not improved. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I plan to bring him up to date on my experience and hope to have viable answers to what went wrong.
