Cece, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and calm during a grueling hour process to remove wound vac adhesive glue. She deserves to be commended for her patience, professionalism and patient care.

Everyone from check-in, to the x-ray tech, to all of the MAs, went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable. He is always welcomed by all of the team. It definitely helps his anxiety coming into these appointments.

Dr. Huser is very good at explaining the situation, our options and next steps to parents and kids alike. He also has great knowledge around orthopedic issues that are complicated by other factors - rare genetic conditions or birth anomalies, which makes him a great find in our book!

WE had a lot of questions, and it was obviously a very busy day at the clinic, and the doctor and the practitioner stayed with us and answered every question we had patiently and thoroughly regardless of how much time it took. They were wonderful, al always.

Amazing experience. I was traumatized because my 6 day old daughter needed to be seen for a suspected broken collarbone and the providers and employees of Paley made my experience comforting and easy.

Although I was unable to pre-register online and had to fill out a form when I arrived at the Paley Institute, it was still a great experience. Also, I requested images of my X-rays before I left and got them very quickly.

Scheduling my appointment with Dr. Huser was very efficient and easy. I communicated heavily with his administrative assistant, Andrea Mower, to schedule my appointment. Andrea answered all of my emails and concerns in a timely matter; and was always very knowledgeable, professional, and sweet. I never felt like my questions and concerns were brushed aside or too dumb. Andrea's effective communication and reassurance made this appointment possible. When I arrived at the Paley Institute, all the staff members were very kind and hospitable. I felt welcomed by everyone I encountered, from the front desk staff to the radiologists.
