Dr. Shannon was very thorough in explaining both the procedure and the recovery. We were all incredibly impressed with how she explained things in both medical terms but then translated into layman's terms that we could all understand.

Dr Shamnon and Dr Miller were awesome. Our ER nurse Colette was excellent. And our Anesthesiologist Dr Coppola was excellent. About Al asking health questions and explaining everythiing to us and our 10 year old. I'm still amazed y how caring the team of professionals we had was. Really impressed with St. Mary's.

Dr. Shannon has always been a patient advocate competent willing to take an extra minute that she probably doesn't have to ensure that we as a family know what's going on and my child is getting an explanation of why or what Hass to be done and he is included in the program

The X-ray techs are wonderful!Dr. Shannon and her PA Allan Loesch are fantastic! The physical therapists are outstanding!Dr. Paley and everyone at The Paley Institute are the best in every aspect from professionalism, care, bed side manner and knowledge. Always going far beyond the call of duty!
