I should have seen Dr. Ackerman & staff a long time ago. Everyone was great PLUS I loved having my X-rays done ASAP and in office. It was wonderful to finally know what was wrong & what my options were. My daughter in law who's a Nurse Manager at JUP Med highly recommended him. I'm so grateful. Dr. Ackerman reviewed my X-rays in a nice, friendly manner!

Good behavior. I was greeted very professional with a smile. I also witness the check in clerk her thoughtfulness of helping an elderly woman with setting up her portal. Amazing office nurse, X-ray Tech and of course the staff at the PBG location very nice and pleasant. Dr Ackerman has always been a kind doctor for many years.

I'll be 70 this year. This has absolutely been the very best doctor's appt. I have ever had, hands down. From beginning to end, everyone was pleasant, efficient, and on their toes. When I stated this was my first visit "here," I meant to the Palm Beach office. I had seen Dr. Ackerman in Jupiter before.

Everything was great, from the time I walked into the office, the front desk women, was very nice, cheerful, and helpful with my insurance information. I was not waiting long at all in the waiting area. Once in the room the young lady asked me to take a seat and ask about my medications etc. And proceeded to take me to the x-ray room to take x-ray of my hips. She was wonderful, great with directions and made it very easy. Once I was back in the room, the Doctor came in right away, introduced himself, very pleasant and easy going. Pulled up my x-rays and we reviewed them together, suggested what I should do and was a very positive experience.
