About Jeffrey Rubin
Jeffrey Rubin, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist with over 50-years of experience providing neurology care. Dr. Rubin completed a fellowship in neurology at the prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and a research fellowship at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and worked as a visiting assistant physician at the Rockefeller University Hospital in New York City, NY. For his residency training, Dr. Rubin provided neurology care as a resident and intern at Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Quebec as well as neurology, neuropathology and electromyography residency training at Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital and in addition, completed a neurology residency at Montreal Children’s Hospital. Dr. Rubin has been practicing medicine since 1972. He is fluent in English, French and Italian. Dr. Rubin is on-staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and other local hospitals. During his illustrious career a neurologist, Dr. Rubin has worked as a clinical neurologist since 1977, attending clinical neurologist, clinical teaching neurologist, assistant professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec and served as the Medical Director of the Tourette’s Syndrome Association of Canada, English Montreal Chapter in Montreal, Quebec. Dr. Rubin has provided care as a neurologist in Canada, Arizona and Florida. Dr. Rubin’s expertise focuses on providing neurological diagnosis and care for neurological disorders including migraines and facial pain, epilepsy and stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy, Myasthenia gravis, and Tourette syndrome disorder. Dr. Rubin is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, Movement Disorder Society, McGill Quarter Century Club, Medical Council of Canada, Tourette’s Syndrome Association of Canada, Quebec College of Physicians and Surgeons, College of Medicine and Surgery, and the Federation of Medical Specialists of Quebec. Outside of his career in medicine as an expert and experienced neurologist, Dr. Rubin enjoys music and art appreciation.

Dr. Jeffrey Rubin is a excellent and professional neurology, if it wasn't for Dr. Rubin that listened to my concerns and test me for alzheimers even that I was 55 years old and didn't discard me like other doctors did because of my age, but Doctor Rubin took my case seriously and did many test and find out that I have early on set alzheimer and provide me with a treatment for Kisunla to help slow the process of that horrible disease and I thank Dr Rubin for all the care and professional help that he provided for me. Dr.Ruben told me to continue seeking mental health care and that I was obese. I returned to my mental health provider and she referred me back to my primary care provider which is who submitted the referral with Dr.Rubin for these symptoms.

Dr. Ruben and the staff are professional and also very nice . Dr. Rubin seems to care, and wants to help his patients, Dr. Rubin is the first Dr. To help me with my migraines without pain medication. I do take one of the new medications that keep them at bay, this medication, Quilipta, is very expensive; $1300.00 a month. With The help of Dr. Rubin and Michelle I am able to get my medication from the pharmaceutical company at no cost. I travel over 30 miles to see Dr. Rubin and I don't mind this because I have been helped with my debilitating and chronic migraines.

I was initially scheduled six weeks out to see the doctor but I asked if they had any cancellations to please call me which they did so I was able to get in almost 3 weeks earlier than my scheduled appointment. The office staff was very friendly the medical assistant was friendly and the doctor was amazing. He has a great bedside manner and he listens to all my symptoms and was very thorough with his assessment and he sent me to a neurosurgeon who has suggest that I have almost immediate surgery so I use Dr. Ruben as my second opinion to allow me to feel more comfortable with going ahead with surgery. I would highly recommend anybody to come see him.

I've been a nurse for over 15 years so the doctor was able to speak to me in both Laymans term and medical terms that were all easy to understand. He has an excellent bedside manner and I would highly recommend this doctor to anybody I know that needed a neurologist. The non-opioid medication that he prescribed is already helping my pain. I also appreciate that he told me while I was there before I even picked up the prescription from the pharmacy what the side effects could potentially be.

I'll Never forget, after years is roaming from Dr to Dr, testings, labs, MRIs and all kinds of meds without a diagnosis even worse WITHOUT relief, FINALLY one blessing day life brought me to Dr Rubin's office, after pleasantly meeting ANGELICA ( by the way, every time I communicate with her I butcher her name: Angie, Angelina., A.... so sorry, she just smiles) anyway I finished some quick paperwork and was directed to Dr Jeffrey Rubin's examination room, who miraculously after his 30 minutes intense evaluation and vast experience officially diagnosed me with YOSPD, prescription was submitted and 24 later I was born again, self driven and on my way to PT... incredible!!...... Learn from him previous "professionals".The staff- way above and beyond the charts. Michelle and Angelica are the most helpful and efficient ladies I ever seen. Appointments, prescriptions, messages, referrals, records, you name it . They are a blessing. Can not thank you enough. To have a copy of office visit there is a charge. Urgently use the restroom, must leave the waiting room, walk down the hallway to one of the restrooms. When *Dr. Jeffrey leaves the practice so will I. *Dr. Jeffrey I Rubin is a caring physician.

*Dr. Jeffrey Rubin has a full schedule. *Angelica was most patient in recovery the phone calls in getting me in as soon as there was a cancellation in the scheduling.

my problems were assuaged immediately with Dr. Rubin's wisdom and over forty years experience. He was tender, caring, and listened intently to my litany if problems...he ruled out things as we went thru the list with a perspicacity that only an experience Cornellian and McGill educated physician can.

I was originally given a neurological firm's name through the hospital, but they were phlegmatic in returning my calls. I got through immediately when I phoned Dr. Rubin's office, and they worked with me for a copecetic time and place...they weren't good, they were excellent.
