All staff members are excellent at there jobs from the moment you step into their office to the time spent with Dr. Giuffrida who is also excellent. He has great bedside manner and gets right to the problem.

My time spent at the clinic from beginning to end really is only meaningful if there was any delay at any point for the process. There were no delays however I will tell you, but I'm never in a hurry to leave! My level of comfort and confidence is so high that I'm never rushing to get out of there.

I flew down to Florida the day before my appointment and I stopped by the clinic to see if I could ask a couple of questions. The receptionist made a call to a PA and I was allowed to speak to the PA Reem was her name she was very friendly and knowledgeable and I was so impressed I felt like I was a customer not a patient. This willingness to help out and let me ask a couple questions would never happen in the Canadian healthcare system.

Very knowledgeable PA while not trained doctors they clearly understand issues around back pain and reading an MRI from the questions they asked and insights they were noticing reading an MRI. They didn't diagnose me the doctor arrived at his own conclusions and assessment from the file that the staff built that said it was a team effort and just impressive to have the opportunity to get an appointment.

The MA is fantastic. She's very knowledgeable and informative and spent a lot of time with me. The doctor popped in afterwards very quickly to answer any additional questions. After leaving, I realized that I don't know whether he agreed with her assessment or would have advised the same or even slightly different. I have severe pain and on bad pain days I cannot remember who people are even if they have introduced themselves before. I have a lot of those days and I am private and uncomfortable sharing my temporary limitation. I love that they partner with Dr. Shufflebarger who has many many years of experience (he happened to be colleagues with my former ortho doctor from 30 years ago). Of course all my answers are Positive in the Extreme. The Paley Group under Dr.Giuffrida represents the highest level of care imaginable -- he and his team provide me with the first truly exceptional care that addresses my complicated pain profile - which started 25 years ago. I have been treated by literally dozens of providers over the years and while I have never been to the Mayo Clinic or Johns Hopkins, I imagine this is how they run their program, as well. Each visit builds with members of Dr. G's staff and follows with his final determination. When I arrive for a procedure, the room is prepped, the staff is robed, and the administration is fully described with constant attention to my comfort and well-being. Dr. Giuffrida represents the highest level of care imaginable and when he says, "We're here for you" -- I believe him. This is the first real progress I've made in those 25 years. To go anywhere else just makes no sense - believe me, I've been there. The answers are here - the Truth is in the outcome and I'm getting better - I'm getting back to the life of my choice. Her name is Linda. she is without doubt own ideas the kindest, most caring, professional and discreet health workers I've encountered. huge emotional intelligence. was able to read me in minutes and was incredibly reassuring and explained the entire process from start to finish. she also was in the room with for the procedure. Linda made ALL the difference to my experience as I was very nervous going in and she was just so reassuring at all times. I feel "very good" choice doesn't justify her level of excellence !

Hard to be any better. There is a very welcoming and relaxing vibe. The layout (somewhat open plan) is a very important aspect to this and should never be changed. Observing other people and doctors is a very nice touch and brings everyone together to the extent that this is possible. Its not the norm that you see admin people/doctors/patients/nurses interacting in a physical space and yet still having the privacy of the single office when needed. Each time I have been there I feel happy with the experience. The doctors, as very good as they obviously are, are humble, professional and warm. It doesn't get any better than that to a patient that is distressed.
